Phase 2 Projects
While our shared kitchen space has been up and running since we moved in in June of 2023, we are continuing to work on the rest of our buildout.
What’s coming next?
The Tom Settlemire Vegetable and Fruit Processing Center, as well as a USDA Certified Meat Production space that will allow our members to expand their product offerings! This new space will also feature two more private member spaces.
It may not look like much now, but soon this room will be bustling with production of goods from Maine farms!

Flexible Event Space
We’re so excited to be building out a flexible event space that can transform depending on your event’s needs! Featuring a large bay door that creates even more flexibility for hosting events with both indoor and outdoor areas, as well as ample parking.

Our event space will feature:

Seating for 95 theater-style
Standing room for 150

Pop Up Restaurant Space
We’ll also be building out a space that our members can use to host pop up meal services! This is the perfect launchpad for them to test concepts, hone their menus, and invite the public to try their food, without committing to a lease. The dining area will hold seating for 50!
