We are Maine’s only non-profit food business incubator and shared manufacturing and processing facility.

Our mission is to support a just, diverse, and sustainable food economy in Maine, where food entrepreneurs are supported in their quest to produce high quality and sustainable products utilizing locally sourced ingredients.

Fork Food Lab is a membership based shared facility, with all the commercial equipment needed for food production. With over 70 members (and growing!) working side by side to start or scale their companies, it is the perfect place to launch your dream of starting a food business.

Our 30,000+ square foot facility includes a range of high quality cooking equipment, ample storage, small wares and all the disposable items you'll need to operate. Available for limited private rentals for workshops & classes.
